Whew, this year came swinging! I challenged myself to grow deeper in real estate by learning more about custom home builds and getting familiar with production builders too. Let me tell you, it’s been a journey full of insight.
From construction loans and land prep to picking floor plans, fixtures, and finishes, there’s a whole process before a home even breaks ground. One thing I’ve learned: patience is key! But honestly, I love every part of it. Helping clients who know what they want and are willing to work for it just fires me up even more.
